The pleasures of condominium living all come together at the Village Woods.  The setting is a gracious one, with stands of lovely eucalyptus trees casting lacy shows across winding garden pathways.   The homeowner's association monthly assessment provides for the professional maintenance of the natural landscaping, the upkeep and painting of the stucco and wood exteriors, roofing, and the private swimming pools, spas, and restrooms.

The Village Woods Homeowners' Association is managed by a volunteer group of homeowners from within the community elected by the members of the Association to serve on the Board of Directors.
